I am a recent graduate University of Washington Bothell, with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Software and Systems Engineering. I am seeking a full time Software Engineering position or a Game Development position. I am particularly interested in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, utilizing agile development, and peer programming.
My study focus is back end system programming and video games. I have experience in GUI development, some Graphics Development, but my passion is in algorithm developing. Clean, efficient, resource conscious algorithms are always important to my programming. My programming strengths are C#, Java, and C++.
I own and operate an independent game studio, Nybble Studios, that focuses on game development and game publication. We recently published and supported Ghostlight Manor in partnership with the University of Washington on the Apple IOS app store and Android app store with plans to release on Steam and Amazon. We are also developing in house 2 mobile games and an 3D Oculus game.
I have 9+ years of experience in the office of a construction company, Northshore Sheet Metal, that drives to offer high quality commercial products using state of the art design and fabrication technologies. In my time at Northshore I developed my skills in management, customer interactions, schedules and deadlines, product engineering, and professional communication.
I spend much of my free time studying new topics in computer science and business, not covered in school. My goal is to always be up to date and with most current technologies, to improve my never-ending study of Computer Science.
